From poutine & bubbles, a dim sum dining experience, or an Argentinian BBQ dinner – these Bottleneck Drive members are offering unique experiences and collaborations with one another that will spice up your Friday or Saturday evening (or both)!

A Taste of Argentina BBQ Dinner

At Haywire Winery

Haywire Winery invites you to a unique culinary event featuring an authentic Argentinian BBQ, known as Asado. Upon arrival, visitors will enjoy a crafted cocktail from neighbouring Alchemist Distillery, followed by a relaxing evening on the covered patio. The BBQ dinner includes signature chimichurri sauce, fresh salads, and expertly grilled meats. The meal is complemented by a selection of the finest Haywire wines, perfectly paired with the bold Asado flavours. Salud!

$75 per person (+ GST and fees)

Dim Summerland Wine Dinner

At Lunessence Winery

Bring on the dumplings! "Dim Summerland" offers an exquisite dining experience, pairing the rich flavours of dim sum with Lunessence Winery's velvety wines and crisp Nomad Cider from their friends across town. Enjoy a selection of steamed dumplings, available in meat, seafood, or vegetarian options, crafted by skilled chefs. Enhance your meal with a curated selection of wine and cider pairings.

$35 per person (+ GST and fees)

Lightning Rock BBQ Dinner

At Lightning Rock Winery

The Lightning Rock Winery team collaborates with Summerland Smoke Shack to present an unforgettable plated BBQ Dinner. With your wine, savour succulent brisket or a delightful veggie option, each accompanied by coleslaw, potato salad, maple smoked beans, and a dinner roll. The meal concludes with a seasonal dessert.

$40 per person (+ GST and fees)

SummerGate's Frizzante and Fries

Bubbles and poutine? With a view? Yes please!

Visit the locals’ favourite patio spot for a casual dinner with friends. Enjoy a glass of Frizzante or another wine selection alongside authentic poutine made from fresh-cut Kennebec potatoes, squeaky cheese, and special gravy. Additional menu items are available for an extra charge.

$20 per person (+ GST and fees)

Solstice-ish Surf & Turf

At Summerland Heritage Cider

What a collab! Summerland Heritage Cider with friends Dominion Cider and Pamplemousse Jus Natural Winery invite you to join them for an evening of great music, wine, cider and mouthwatering food on one of the longest nights of the year. With BBQ salmon and steak prepared by Chef Andy in a family-style orchard dining experience, come eat, drink and dance the night away in a solstice-ish celebration of Summerland.

Ticket includes steak and salmon dinner and 2 servings of wine/cider per person.

Partial dinner proceeds will be donated to SOWINS.

About Bottleneck Drive:

Bottleneck Drive is a collection of 20 wineries, cideries, distilleries, and breweries located in the central Okanagan Valley in Summerland, BC. 

The region is known for its award-winning products, as well as its stunning natural scenery and small-town hospitality.
