The best part about this cocktail is that the honey, blueberries, and wine are all from BC – perfect for celebrating BC day!

To make the Rosé Popsicle:
  1. Combine the Rosé wine and lemonade. Stir gently.
  2. Pour mixture into the popsicle mold and insert popsicle stick.
  3. Freeze for ~3-4 hours before adding blueberries in.*
  4. Once blueberries are added, freeze popsicles again until fully frozen.
*Tip: It’s best to wait a few hours for the popsicle to freeze partially before adding in blueberries to the popsicles, otherwise the blueberries will fall to the bottom of the old.
